"The Flavour of Art" was a collaborative event with UG Gallery designed to celebrate the Intersection of culinary arts and visual creativity. As the Marketing Manager, I led a comprehensive 360 marketing campaign that included content creation, promotion, event management.


Objectives

- Increase awareness of UG Gallery and its offerings.

- Drive foot traffic to the gallery during the event.

- Engage the local community and art enthusiasts.

The campaign utilized an integrated approach to ensure a cohesive message across all platforms and touchpoints.


1. Content Creation

- Brand Messaging: Developed a unique narrative that tied together art and culinary experiences, highlighting the theme "Taste Meets Art."



- Visual Content: Collaborated with photographers and graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials, including:

- Event posters

- eDM

- Video Content: produced a promotional video featuring interviews with participating artist, showcasing his work and inviting the community to join the event




2. Menu Design

- Curated Menu: Collaborated with chefs to design a menu that reflected the artistic

- Dessert Masterclass: A highlight of the event, featuring:

- Live demonstrations by a renowned pastry chef.

- Hands-on participation for attendees to create their own artistic desserts.



3. Promotion

- Social Media Campaign: Scheduled posts leading up to the event, featuring behind-the-scenes looks, artist spotlights, and sneak peeks of dishes

- Influencer Partnerships: Partnered with local influencers in the art sectors to promote the event

- Email Marketing: Designed an email campaign targeting previous gallery visitors and local art enthusiasts, highlighting event details, the dessert masterclass, and RSVP options.
