Overview
The Goodbye Summer Party was a multifaceted marketing initiative designed to celebrate the end of the summer season while driving sales, enhancing patron engagement, and increasing customer loyalty. My role as the campaign lead involved overseeing all aspects of the campaign, from event management to digital marketing strategies.
Campaign Objectives
- Drive Sales: Increase revenue through ticket sales and event-related purchases

1. Event Management
- Planning & Logistics: Coordinated venue selection, catering, and entertainment. Ensured a seamless experience for attendees
- Budget Management: Developed a detailed budget, tracking expenses to maximize ROI
- On-site Coordination: Managed staff to ensure smooth operations during the event
2. Collateral Development
- Branding & Design: Work with designer to create visually appealing promotional materials, including posters, foam boards, flyers, and digital assets
3. Social Media Marketing
- Platform Strategy: Utilized Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to create buzz around the event
- Content Creation: Work with photographers and videographers to develop engaging content, including countdowns, behind-the-scenes, and live videos
4. Digital Marketing
- Email Campaigns: Developed targeted email blasts to promote the event and drive ticket sales.
Results
